This is what we mean when we say we care about the details.

Every project on this page started with a homeowner who had a vision and needed a team they could trust to execute it. Here’s what that looks like when it is done right.

Here is exactly what working with us looks like.

We laid this out step by step because we want you to know what is coming before you ever reach out.

01

Let’s Talk

It starts with a real conversation. Tell us what you are dreaming up, what your space looks like, what your timeline is. We ask the right questions and give you an honest picture of what’s possible. This part is low-key and pressure-free. It’s just two parties figuring out if we are the right fit for each other. This usually takes 30 to 60 minutes, either in our Fort Mill showroom or at your home.

02

Design

Our design team builds a real plan around your vision. We walk you through options for door styles, finishes, hardware, and layout. We show you what it will look like. We revise until it feels exactly right. This is the fun part and we do not rush it. Timeline depends on your project scope and how quickly you want to move through decisions. We set clear expectations up front.

03

Build

Once you approve the design, your cabinetry goes into production. We keep you updated so you always know where things stand. Your cabinetry is stored and handled safely in our Rock Hill warehouse until installation day. We give you a specific production window at the time of your order so you can plan accordingly.

04

Install

Our installation team arrives on time and treats your home like it is their own. Brad stays closely involved to make sure every cabinet goes in exactly as designed. We work cleanly, communicate as we go, and do not call it done until the installation itself is right.

05

Final Walkthrough

Before we leave, we walk through every single thing with you. Every door, every drawer, every detail. This is not a formality. It is a genuine quality check with the homeowner present. If anything needs attention, we handle it right then or schedule it immediately. A job is not finished until you say it is.
